0.3.2_beta2 did not show this problem.

this presumably enables some advanced features but not having hald should not prevent basic thunar from working as before.

0.3.2_beta2 looked very interesting, look forward to seeing latest developments.

thunar looks like a very good stand alone FM. I hope it's not going to require large ammounts gnome baggage just to start. This would go against it's semi-light identity. Presently a good compromise between IceWM and gnome/kde.
