For some reason there is a gap to the left hand side of the clock (as if there is a hidden spacer there or something. Initially I thought it was to accomodate the second hour digit but there is still a decent size gap there even with 2 hour digits. The gap on the left of the clock is about 3x the size of the gap to the right of it (it's nothing to do with placement as it is apparent no matter where I move the clock in the panel). The problem is only apparent in LCD mode.

I can provide a screenshot if this is confusing or unclear.

If I look at it quickly, I have the feeling that the extra space is required for the full led number, so that would be a '2' digit. Could this be the case, do you think?

That's possible... just makes me wonder why in normal (not LCD mode) it would look centered, you'd think that that would suffer from the same problem...

Thanks for the quick response anyway.

In digital mode it shrinks and expands, I believe. This is also not ideal.

Not sure it is a bug at all and I don't think it is worth the effort to try and get it right. Sorry. Thanks for reporting it, though.
