Build Identifier: 4.3.90.2

A couple of notes on the xfdesktop options:

* If Xfdesktop is not running "xfdesktop -quit" starts xfdesktop. It's better to print a message "xfdesktop is not running" (or say noting) and exit the application quietly.
* --version should be added to the xfdesktop options help.
* The sort option for version should be -v (lower case).

And to follow the "standard", it would be better if the "long names"
start with -- (--menu for example), but it's probably a bit to late to
change this.

Reproducible: Always

'-v' is verbose, '-V' is version. Otherwise, yeah.
Comment 2 Nick Schermer editbugs 2006-07-30 09:30:54 CEST
Well most Xfce applications use -v, but it's not really important tho.

Actually, --version and -V were already there. Anyway, other stuff is fixed, and bot -- and - for the old options are allowed now.
