"delete": dialogue box missing "are you sure" text

For any filename which contains '&', the delete dialogue box may be missing the "are you sure" text, and a warning is output to stderr concerning an invalid entity name (usually referencing an invalid character).

Fixed, thanks.  There were actually about 20 instances of this same problem for various dialog boxes...
