How to install, remove and export balou themes is hard to find out

The 'actions' in the configure dialog for the balou splash engine are stored in a right-click menu on each theme, and this functionality is thus hard to find.

I'd like to see some nice buttons labelled Install, Remove and Export, respectively.

Splash screens have been removed (git master) and will not be part of Xfce 4.14 anymore.
