When configured with:

./configure --prefix=/opt/xfce4

the file xfmime-edit/main.c does not compile because

main.c:20:38: xfce4-modules/mime_icons.h: No such file or directory

If CPPFLAGS is set to "-I/opt/xfce4/include/xfce4", then the compile works.
