Version: 4.4 beta1 (debian distribution) I have the xfce4-mixer-plugin in a vertical panel (32 pixels), the mixer icon is very very tinny and the volumen bar is bigger. More or less 1/3 for the icon context (but only a few pixels for the icon) and 2/3 for the bar. Expected result: A recognozible plugin icon.
that's strange, with the settings you mentioned, it's like 1/2 / 1/2 for me...
what gtk theme / icon theme do you use?
also, can you give me your panel config so that I can reproduce using the exact same plugins you do?

Hi; I'm using Clearlooks theme and Rodent icon theme, but changing the icon theme doesn't chage the panel icons. Changing the gtk theme doesn't change the the size of the mixer icon. I've created a new user and, with that account, the panel has the behaviour you've described.
