You can witch workpaces using the mouse wheel on the pager, but this is very annoying with a touchpad. Therefore a new option to disable this.

Hey Nick, sorry for being so slow to respond :( 

I think this is a probably a good idea, since I have heard people ask for the option before. However, it does add a string to the panel, which is perhaps a bit late in the release cycle.

Olivier, what do you think?
