Hi, I had a list of files in the playlist and deleted them from within thunar. Xfmedia was playing some music but not the one that I deleted. I saw that when it tried to access one previously deleted file still in the playlist, it complained about file not found but went on playing the next song, all right. My problem comes now that I closed xfmedia, when I try launching it again it shows up for one second and dies, disappears. By the way, I have a subscription to DI.fm and when I play it in realplayer it asks for my login and password and plays, xfmedia won't. Why so? Max

Does it crash? Or just quit? If it crashes, please get a backtrace from gdb. I have a feeling that this is just a coincidence. Why so? Because xfmedia doesn't support authenticated streams. If you'd like this feature added, please file an enhancement request in a separate bug.

No it did not crash but quit and it did it a few times so I finally had to launch a file from within thunar so the file list disappears, that worked. I can't seem to reproduce the problem and I tried! As you said, this must be some kind of coincidence.
