I had a look at the xfce4-dev-tools but I think that Debian's ftpmasters will reject this if I upload it.

Simply put, the files in m4macros and scripts just have Copyright (c) 2002-2005 The Xfce development team. All rights reserved. but no GPL boilerplate.

As these are effectively the only source files in that package I don't think this will pass the Debian ftpmaster's tests.

Can you add the boiler plate for the next beta please?
