It's not currently possible to rename workspaces in the Workspaces and Margins MCS dialog without using a mouse (or other compatible pointing device). One have to click with the mouse on a workspace in the list, in order for the "Change name" dialog to pop up.

It should be possible to open the "Change name" dialog for an item by selecting it (i.e. with the keyboard) and pressing the Enter key.
