"Add to shortcuts" should be in context menu of "Pathbar" too

"Add folder to shortcuts" doesn't exists in context menu of "Pathbar". To add it to shortcuts I have to open that dir first - that looks odd for me.

"Add to shortcuts" is gone. It's now handled via the "Send To" menu, which makes more sense.
