Add empty line in filepanel

When the filepanel is fully filled (with or without scrollbars), there isn't any empty space where you can right-click for creating a new (empty) file, for example. Now you have to do that via the File-menu. It would be great if there would one empty line or that the menu to create a file always shows up.

I guess you are talking about the detailed list view. There was some discussion about this previously, and it's not possible to add this space to GtkTreeView (which is used for the detailed list view) from outside without major hacks that we cannot support over time. It has to be done in GtkTreeView if at all.
