Description jeanmichel.perron 2020-05-15 21:01:43 CEST
Color settings component shows 'model' property of the devices. Showing or adding device_id property could be more relevant.
If devices are duplicated but renamed in the printer module, the user cannot identify the printers in the color setting component. Various ICC profiles are applied to duplicated printers to create a custom printing profile for one printer on various paper types. Identification of printers in color setting component is mandatory to apply correct ICC profile.

Hi, could you be a bit more specific just to be sure I understand your report/problem correctly?
(You could e.g. post a screenshot of where exactly you would like to see the id instead of - or in addition to? - the model.)

Thanks in advance!
