If we could do these four things in whiskers menu
1. Adding a new category to whiskers menu
2. Removing a category from whiskers menu
3. Editing a category from whiskers menu
4. Moving a launcher/application from one category to another

Sorry, this is out of the scope of Whisker Menu. This is what menu editing programs like MenuLibre or Alacarte are for.
