Hi I am not sure I would consider this a bug but more of an oversight. When the screen locks and you go to log in again under your login there is no visible way to turn on the onscreen keyboard. To access it you first have to press switch user before an icon to turn the keyboard on shows up... and to me it doesn't really make sense to have the F3 key there to turn it on because if I am looking for the onscreen keyboard its usually because there is something wrong with the hardware keyboard unless it is just a few keys that are not working. A cool feature would be some sort of mouse gesture like holding right and left buttons on the mouse together for a few seconds or something like that. But at the very least it would be really nice to have a visual way to get to the keyboard when the screen is locked without having to figure out that you have to switch users to be able to access it. That being said thank you for the great work on the desktop environment . It really is slick, sleek and sexy. By the way I am using Xubuntu 19.10
Oh one other thing that I should mention because I never tested it in the default format. My taskbar has been moved to the bottom of the screen instead of at the top where it is defaulted to..so in all honesty I do not know if that issue still happens if I never changed things around.
