just upgraded from 0.1.8 to 0.1.10 of xfce4-screensaver. suspend actions whether by closing a laptop lid or by hitting the suspend button in the xfce4-session logout menu, now take up to a minute before actually suspending. during this minute the screensaver runs. this occurs whether lock screen is enabled in the screensaver and power settings, or not.
