Shape of the Tabs in Nautilus looks better than shape of the Tabs in Thunar

Hello.

If this is possible, please implement the following innovations in the future release of the Thunar:

1) Make Tabs in the File Manager Thunar like Tabs in Nautilus (File Manager), in CentOS (GNOME);

2) Add line Format in the drop-down list on the usb flash drive, in the File Manager Thunar. Like in the File manager Nautilus, in CentOS (GNOME);

3) I think in the file Manager Thunar do not need to constantly use dashes to sign - File Manager (underlined in red on the picture). For example: Pictures - File Manager; Home - File Manager etc.

First, I disagree .. from the picture I prefer the look of thunars tabs :)
Second, thunar just uses a GtkNotebook, like Nautilus does. If you install both on the same system, tabs should look the same for both (If you dont inject some custom css for one of them). At least for me they do look the same.
Using different themes it is possible to change the look of GtkNotebook.

There is already a bug for that: Bug #10337

Agreed, could you please open a separate bug only for that ? (Please only open one bug per issue in the future, that helps to stay focused)

I apologize for disturbing you again.
Because the active/open Tab in Nautilus is very well separated from the inactive Tabs!
The active/open Tab in Thunar is very similar in color to the inactive Tabs. This way, a user in Thunar can confuse an active/open Tab and an inactive Tabs.
Is it possible to change the SHAPE of the Tabs, using different themes (https://www.xfce-look.org)?

I opened a new bug for the "- FileManager" suffix in the title bar: Bug #16786

Yes, afaik that is possible.
Just take a try for different themes. E.g. adwaita uses some blue bar to show which tab is active: https://imgur.com/8PCBsIf.png
Though on greybird only the color is slightly different. Since greybird is the xfce default, actually it would be nice to improve that.
Feel free to open a bug for that on https://github.com/shimmerproject/Greybird
