Created attachment 9805 Screenshot with cursor on panel Xfce4-panel 4.14.3 is set to NEVER hide and is visible until the mouse cursor is on it. Then it hides until the mouse pointer is moved off of it. New/clean install of Xubuntu 20.04 yesterday (25 Apr 2020). Looked at all kinds of settings, but found nothing that fixes this issue. Searched for previous bugs, but also found none quite like this listed. Tried the fix by Saurav Kumar at this link: https://askubuntu.com/questions/359559/side-panel-in-xubuntu-disappeared but that did not resolve it either. Tried to attach multiple screenshots showing status with cursor on and off of panel and the three tabs of panel preferences, but it looks like I can only attach one file Any help would be great. Thanks in advance, Poke Gone

Added additional screenshots not added on initial submit of bug. Thought they might possibly be helpful. Not sure if I am just overlooking a setting or what, but this is pretty annoying.
Found my mistake. It was a setting in Appearances tab. Opacity/Enter was set to zero. Changed to 100 and evrything is as it should be. So not a bug after all.
