dark themes not supported / panel displayed partly un-dark

Ok seemingly, this occurs only when *updating* an xfce 4.12 to 4.14 ..
I already was wondering how this could have not been reported yet..
still figuring out the exact cause ..

I don't know if these themes support the Xfce panel in Gtk3, I suspect not. This is why the Gtk2 parts/plugins are themed correctly and the Gtk3 ones are not.

Please try Greybird-dark and see if that fixes the problem. If so we know it's the themes not supporting the Gtk3 panel.
