Created attachment 9621 screenshot The 'Xfce Power Manager' entry in the 'Notification Area' item of the panel does not show its tooltip correctly when the panel is at the bottom, as it shows the tooltip below the mouse rather than above it.
This is not a bug in the power manager, maybe not even in the panel (despite the fact that it's also tracked there). See https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14967
