So the idea would be to have all the text in the current dialog to appear in the banner and a button to not show it again, as there is quite alot of text in the dialog.
Yes, I would put all the text in there .. to be checked if it looks ok. If it looks bad, we could think about using "show more" to expand the dialog, or to link to the Wiki.
