You have the option to remove all items in trash, but no means to easily restore all from the side pane and files pane context menus,
Dont think we need a special option for that .. so far I never needed to restore all items. Even if so, CTRL+A, restore should do the trick. Why do you want a special option for it ?
Ctrl + A works if you are in the trash folder, but if you are right-clicking on the trash on the desktop or in the side pane, you aren't necessarily in the trash folder, where 'Empty Trash' appears in the context menu. I personally only delete files forever, but I could see someone who deletes to trash just deleted a file mistakenly from their desktop or in a thunar folder and it being the only item in the trash and wanting to easily right-click the trash icon and restoring it without having to open the trash.

As someone who uses trash, I can tell you that this would be a very exceptional case. Usually I dont empty trash for months. If I would empty it often, the whole concept would not make sense over permanent delete. So usually you will have tons of old files in trash. And the last thing you want is to restore them all .... possibly by accident, by clicking "restore all" from the context menu. So yea, when I think again about it, I guess such an option would be a pretty bad idea ;) Please, best only report usibility bugs for things you actually use !
