Display brightness intensity

Display brightness intensity is allowed to be set to null, thus to produce plain dark, either by :
- invoking keyboard keys; each click equals ten percent;
- relying on use of tool as sample.

In my opinion this is a well applied feature. However It may not have been developed to behave so; therefore my observation might indicate an issue.

Yes, this is working as intended.
We have recently merged a feature to the power manager that makes the transition to a dark screen much slower (exponential scale), so it's less likely that users hit this problem "accidentally" and don't know how to go back.

So far this is also the only "complaint" about this behavior. Closing as invalid.
