Those scripts are not official, so no need to document them, unless Simon wishes to move them to xfce4-dev-tools.
Thanks for the feedback. Initially, I was considering documenting it somewhere on wiki.x.o and only linking to it in the contributor's section. For now, I will just get them documented and make it explicit that they are unsupported scripts and not link them back to docs.x.o.
