User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.0.1) Gecko/20060304 Epiphany/2.14
Build Identifier: Xfce 4.3

When creating a new shortcut that includes quotes (") the entire shortcut theme dissapears from the listbox. So quotes should automatically be escaped or changed to single quotes (')

Example which breaks the theme
<shortcut command="gaim --login="someone@somewhere.com"" keys="XF86Messenger"/>

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new shortcut with quotes in the command string
2. Restart shortcut editor

Actual Results:
The shortcut theme doesn't display in the listbox

Expected Results:
Automaticly detect double quotes and replace them with single quotes or at least give a warning
