Fix build with unstable release of Pango

With the latest release, 1.8.10 build fails. Some new functions are not yet available (on Fedora 30, pango is 1.43.0, it is unstable release), but the macro PANGO_VERSION_1_44 is already defined. So I suggest to replace this macro by PANGO_CHECK_VERSION.
