Cant maximize windows properly when using two screens extending the desktop size

So we have the setting where we set up the px - how many pxs the distance to the edges of the screen should be.

When you set up the distance to the top (or any other) edge to x px in general the distance on a 1920 res 27" monitor will be like y cm, the distance on your 2nd 2560 14" monitor will be z(y*2) cm (as seen in my picture).

How can we fix that?
