The current option "Lock screen when system is going to sleep" works for sleep and hibernate.
Because I use encryption and have to enter the decryption password at boot time I don't want to have to unlock the screen after resume from hibernation.
This option would give the opportunity to enter only one password on resume from hibernation and still be able to lock the screen when the system is going to sleep.
