The patch in question

The proposed patch makes xfce4-weather-plugin show "Weather Report" window upon receiving SIGUSR1. This feature is configurable via an option named "sigusr1_summary" in ~/.config/xfce4/panel/weather*.rc file and disabled by default. Though the implementation is far from perfect (for instance, the option is not settable via config dialog), I've been using it for some time and now dare sharing it. There are stock Fedora rpms for 0.8 and 0.10 built with this patch at my COPR repo (https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/dexpl/misc/). Please consider applying this.
