Arch here, just upgraded to 4.14.0-1.  All window list buttons and panel right-click menu text is now bold with no apparent way to change it.

Under Appearance > Fonts > Default Font, I have "Sans Regular 9" selected.

Hey guys, I just realized it was my theme doing this, not a bug in XFCE. Changing themes makes the bold text go away.

Sorry, I don't know how to delete this bug report, so I'm going to set it to "Resolved: Invalid," which I think will help get it out of your way.
