the enable locking settings are not always respected. in my case, the screen almost always locks whether I have it set to or not. I have changed settings in both the screensaver and power mananger settings, and light-locker is not installed. occasionally the setting is respected, but it doesn't stick.

this happens consistently under sysVinit, and less often under systemd.

Hello!

Since this is reported for version 0.1.6, I'm fairly certain the issue was resolved with this commit (others have reported offline, tested and verified the patch):
https://git.xfce.org/apps/xfce4-screensaver/commit/?id=2d8e1cb7b2d7fac67c0618b8980677f32ec4e5b7

I just released version 0.1.7 which includes this fix. Please try with this version.
