Hi,

in xfce4-panel clock, if a newline is added (with %n) it'll be not visible when panel's Row Size is too small. The expected behaviour is space between lines is shrink to adapt to the panel's Row Size, like orage do.

Yes, it seems that the GTK3 version of the clock plugin and the datetime plugin have huge line spacing that won't adapt and cannot be changed. Also see bug 12935. I'm still using the older version for this reason.
