Steps:
1. Open panel preferences dialog.
2. Press and hold the alt key to see the underlined letters
3. Notice that its missing on the 'Backup and restore' button and 1 label in the Display tab and 2 labels in the Appearance tab.

Tested on Xubuntu 19.10 Daily
