icons temporarily vanish after install/remove settings apps

Thx for fix xfce4-panel transparency bg after that do full shift to xfce4.14pre on debian stretch as I wished.
After that I start to do new bug hunting & found 2 issues relate to xfce4-settings.

1. When maximized the xfce4-settings windows & minimize back some of the icons are missing
If resize the window or after screen shooting the icons spring back to normal.

2. When install any settings icons when opened didn't close all the icons are disappear only show category list name.

Tested build entire xfce 4.14pre package on Debian stretch & compare with Xubuntu 19.10 they're both affected the same.
I dunno this new known feature or new bugs so I'd like to ask this.

I see, Thx. someone's reported this before. Now it's duplicated.
So it's a bug, I'll leave xfce devs fix that without worries.
