Currently, the PulseAudio plugin's menu shows every registered media player by default, and only allows blacklisting them on an absolute basis. 

It might be nicer if the plugin would have the option to only show media players that are currently running, hiding them otherwise.

As an aside, I think this would make a good default behavior. After all, only function a menu item for a non-running media player has is to launch the media player, which is something the user probably already uses some dedicated menu or launcher for anyway, so most people probably wouldn't need the extra menu items
