Since a recent xfconf, when detailed view is used, Thunar is emitting warning messages: Failed to set property "thunar::/last-details-view-column-widths": Operation was cancelled Although I didn't test, it seems to be caused since this commit (fix for Bug #13825): https://git.xfce.org/xfce/xfconf/commit/?id=2131745b35e59fa5c1c0cec7e7ea5eaecd6c6e5f I think we should try to limit the rate which that property is updated on Thunar's side.
