Hey guys,

Trying to understand the purpose of this red bell icon:

Why and when is it shown?

I assumed for missed notifications.

But all the notifications that are displayed when clicking the icon, I have seen and haven't missed.

Anyone can explain to me?

Thanks!

This means you have "unread" notifications. If you have the "do not disturb" mode activated and you receive notifications (presuming you have enabled logging) the normal bell icon will get this red dot to show you "now you missed something".
