- I have one big panel(100% length) locked at the bottom of my screen like a classic windows computer(never hide)....
- When I hover mouse over most of the items in the panel - the popup appears half/completely off the bottom of the screen....
- especially annoying when trying to adjust volume of PulseAudio Plugin, when you can't see the volume %....

To recreate:
Mode: [Horizontal]
Automatically hide the panel: [Never]
Don't reserve space on borders [UNCHECKED]

note(1): If I change hide the panel to 'Intelligently' or 'Always' it hovers properly above....
note(2): If I change Don't reserve space on borders to 'CHECKED' it hovers properly above - but If I keep this checked I can never see the last 3 lines in a text editor since they are hidden behind the panel, for example....
