I have found that some URLs are not recognized and correctly underlined or usable as a link in the terminal. Here is one example: $ echo "https://abcdefghij.abcdef.abcd.example.com" https://abcdefghij.abcdef.abcd.example.com
Works fine here with the git master version. Must have been fixed with https://git.xfce.org/apps/xfce4-terminal/commit/?id=1322a77eb97a5a94b17f0eac97e778aee1973961
