Minimizing a window puts it at the bottom of the Alt+Tab list

I have three windows open: A, B and C. Window A is focused, and the previously focused window is B. I can switch between the two with Alt+Tab. Now if instead of switching from A to B with Alt+Tab I minimize A, B is now focused (same result as Alt+Tab). Except that now, when I press Alt+Tab, C is focused instead of A. I don't think this is coherent as one would expect Alt+Tab to always focus the window that was previously focused, like in Windows 10.

Maybe this change could be introduced as an option in Xfwm4 instead of a compulsory change.

Thank you very much for your work and your attention.

This is the intended behavior, pretty much all (sane) window managers work that way (and sorry I don't count Windows 10 in that category)

This should definitely *not* be optional.
