when "automatically save session on logout" is enabled, VLC window is not saved!

VLC window should be saved and restored just like any other.

xfwm 4.12.4 (revision 7844952) for Xfce 4.12 on Opensuse Leap 15

It turned out to be trivial, along with Firefox too.
