The tabs order for "Notes" is cluttered after every reboot. plus it changes focus to a random tap instead of restoring focus to the last focused tab. Notes should keep the taps in the same order as they were before the reboot/shutdown was made, and it should restore focus to the last focused tab. Notes 1.8.1 on OpenSuse Leap 15 Xfce
