I am running XFCE4 on Fedora 29, with two Nvidia video cards using Nvidia Driver Version 390.87

Using Nvidia-settings, I have xorg.conf set to run two x-screen sessions on a total of 3 monitors.

When logging into Xfce, however, only one desktop displays on the first x-screen's monitors. The other monitor, which is connected to a separate video card remains black. I can move my mouse onto it and a cursor appears, but that is about it. When the screensaver starts, I see it on all three monitors.

It seems to be similar to this issue: https://forum.xfce.org/viewtopic.php?pid=51051

If I use the 'Xinerama' option, the desktop correctly displays across all three monitors.

Please let me know what additional information I can provide!
