Assembled today a new version of xfce4-calculator-plugin 0.6.90 and unfortunately did not find it in the Russian language

Until now this plugin was never localized, we will try to publish it on Transifex and get as my translations as possible before 0.7.0.

Translations were enabled for this plugin, due our amazing translators now we have about two dozen locales, including Russian:
https://git.xfce.org/panel-plugins/xfce4-calculator-plugin/log/

They will be included in the 0.7.0 release.
