Application Menu icon not loaded

After updating Xfce-panel to 4.13.x (including the last 4.13.4), taskbar Application Menu icon isn't loaded anymore. It was originally set to load a .svg icon, so I tried to reset it to a different image extension, like .png, but no success; same problem as you can see in the attached screenshot. There's no console output error/warning. I'm running Porteus 5 unofficial RC1, but the same thing happens on Porteus 4 official release.

I noticed that if I choose an icon from 'Action Icons', 'Menu Icons', etc., it works. The problem only happens when I choose an icon from 'Image Files'.

This fix has been merged to master right after the 4.13.4 release.
It will be available in 4.13.5/4.14
