Once per some days and some suspend/resume cycles wavelan plugin began to use 100% of one CPU core. Killing (with plugin autorestart) helps to reduce CPU usage.

Plugin version 0.6.0. OS - Gentoo.

What extra info is needed?

I have a similar but not as serious issue, Wavelan persistently shows between 5% to 10% cpu on a 4 core 8 thread cpu using Xubuntu on Kernel 4.18.0-16-generic, Xubuntu version 18.10 with no user activity

Easily verified by removing the Applet from the Panel bar and cpu drops to below 1% idle.

Regards,
Tom.

This bug affects me too. I can see panel-9-wavelan hogging the CPU in 'top'.
