Hi Paolo, The terminal doesn't control which browser to open, it just uses a GTK+ API. Please see https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14633 and https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10314#c7 - hopefully, the info given there will help you resolve the issue.
