If MailReader=mutt, then the argument `body=...` is ignored when contained in `mailto:...`. Granted, this is because `mutt` expects the body as a pipe, and not as an argument, but perhaps `MailReader` cut do this conversion?

In fact, mutt DOES support the body flag: Whereas Exec=exo-open --launch MailReader %u ignores it, Exec=mutt %u Terminal=true in /home/egon/.local/shar/applications/exo-mail-reader.desktop makes it work.
