Plugin Dropdown

The attached patches improve spacing and layout in the Mount Plugin, both the panel plugin and the preferences dialog.

* The preferences dialog is aligned and has the 6/12/18 spacing standards applied.
* The plugin dropdown is left-aligned in the 3 columns, instead of centered. This makes it much easier to read and use the plugin.

Reformatted popup information with more columns and nicer alignment. Fixes somehow feature request from bug 14670.
